American Society of International Law Home Page 
Contains the Electronic Information System for International Law, the ASIL Insights, a guide to Electronic Resources for International Law. The site also displays links to listserv archives such as INT-LAW and  Euro-Lex GMD

United States Practice in International Law
-Foreign Relations of the United States series at the U.S. Department of State. It presents the official documentary historical record of major U.S. foreign policy decisions and significant diplomatic activity. The series, which is produced by the State Department's Office of the Historian, began in 1861 and now comprises more than 350 individual volumes. The volumes published over the last two decades increasingly contain declassified records from all the foreign affairs agencies. The Department of State website includes certain volumes that will be not be published in print, but only in electronic format.
-Foreign Relations of the United States at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries in collaboration with the University of Illinois at Chicago Libraries. This is an incomplete run from 1861-1960 with missing volumes being added as they can be acquired and processed. The volumes are presented as images, and are browseable  and searchable.

-International Law in Domestic Courts
A regularly updated repository of domestic cases in international law from over 60 jurisdictions. The cases are selected by local reporters in conjunction with our editorial board and feature expert commentary, full texts of judgments in their original language and translations of key passages of non-English judgments into English. IP access.
 

- CIAO [Columbia International Affairs Online]
A source for theory and research in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship from 1991 onward that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, proceedings from conferences, books, journals and policy briefs.

European Journal of International Law
 
Contains information from 1990-present. For access go to  Julius online catalog and search. IP access.

Guide to Foreign and International Legal Citation (GFILC)
A product of NYU Journal of International Law and Politics.

Dispatch 
Provides the major speeches and congressional testimony from the State Department. It is published by the Office of Public Communication, and Bureau of Public Affairs. Its predecessor, the Department of State Bulletin, was the official record of U.S. foreign policy from 1939-1989. While the Bulletin is unavailable on the web, you may find reference hard copies through federal depository libraries and in public and university libraries throughout the United States.

International Court of Justice 
This site is maintained by the Registry of the ICJ and contains basic documents, decisions of the ICJ, current Docket of the Court, Publications. Cornell Law Library official mirror site.

Lauterpacht Research Centre for International Law at the University of Cambridge
Contains the State Responsibility Project of the International Law Commission. The text of the Draft Articles provisionally adopted by the Commission is available and linked to detailed commentary.

Permanent Court of Arbitration Peace Palace, The Hague
The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is a unique international organization offering a broad range of services for resolving disputes between States, as well as disputes between States and private parties and those involving inter-governmental organizations. Purely private arbitrations may obtain various types of support and assistance. Cases are brought to the PCA by agreement of the parties.

LEXIS-NEXIS  and WESTLAW
Both sites are fee based databases that contain a great amount of treatises, legal texts, and periodicals.

World Courts 
By Anatoly I. Vlasov. Provides information on international judicial organizations (PCIJ, ICJ, ECHR etc.) such as decisions, conventions, history, jurisdiction, structure and statistics. Translations into Russian are available on the website, but the content is mostly in  English.

This is an intra-disciplinary research group who publish research papers on European Administrative Law, European Criminal Law, European Economic Law, European Private Law, European Social Law.

- The Hague Conference on Private International Law

Keesing's Contemporary Archives. It is the monthly digest of worldwide political, diplomatic and economic affairs. Published since 1931.  Keesing's is the standard for thorough, objective coverage of significant events for every country as well as the major international organizations. The library doesn't have a subscription.  See the library's collection policy.

Articles and decisions in Public International Law and European Law.

-United States Information Agency 
An independent foreign affairs agency which supports U.S. foreign policy and national interests abroad. Provides the Latest Items within a 48 hour time frame.

-U.S. Department of State Foreign Affairs Network
